Litchfields was established In the late 1980's by Richard Barnett FNAEA, the present managing director and founder.

Throughout, Richard Barnett has maintained the running of Litchfields, ably assisted by his fellow directors, Jo Balkin, Giselle Harrison, Charles Bobroff and James Dawson. Together they are Involved in the day-to-day running of all the Litchfield offices, and on a personal level, are each active in everything from client liaison to selling property.
